Speed Jump Rope

I was able to try the speed jump rope. Jump roping is such a great work. Just 15 minutes of jump roping gets your heart rate up, which in turn increases your metabolism and helps you burn fat. So, it’s a win-win situation. Since the cables are pretty thin, it just whizzes right past you and you have to try and keep up with it. It’s a lot of fun I think, and it’s an easy work-out anyone can do. And really, just 15 minutes per day does it. You can adjust this jump rope to your height so that it will fit you right. It’s a great work out and with this, you can definitely lose some weight and get your legs much stronger.
